A classic penetration effect where a solid brass nut impossibly escapes from a string held by the spectator.
Simple, elegant, and perfect to carry with you at all times.
Some effects don’t need complexity to create real magic.
This is one of them.
You show a solid brass nut and a piece of string. The string is clearly threaded through the nut.
A spectator holds both ends tightly, making it completely impossible for the nut to escape.
There is no way out.
Everything looks fair.
Then, under a brief cover—your hands or a handkerchief—the impossible happens.
The nut is free.
Completely off the string.
And everything can be examined.
No gimmicks to find.
No explanation to give.
Just a clean, direct moment of magic that leaves your audience stunned.
Its strength lies in its simplicity. Easy to perform, quick to reset, and perfect for real-world situations.
Small enough to carry in your pocket, strong enough to use anytime.
Why magicians love it:
- Classic and proven effect
- Extremely easy to perform
- Strong, impossible penetration
- Fully examinable at the end
- Perfect for close-up and impromptu magic
If you want a reliable, elegant effect you can perform anytime… this is a true worker.
